The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has just published the complaints about net neutrality on their website, along with the email ids of everyone who sent them.
For those of you who still don't know about net neutrality, in simple words it means that every content in the internet is equal, be it a video or a text page. Telecom companies are planning to treat them as different and charge more for certain contents. In other words services like Whatsapp and Skype wont be free anymore. This decision isn't final yet and there have been a lot of protest from users all over India. AIB made a video explaining net neutrality. (LINK: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vxaFnc-MoVE)

Over 1 million users have protested against TRAI using email. And now TRAI has decided to make these complaints public, along with the 1 million email ids used. So if you are a spammer then all it would take is a few clicks and you would have those email ids.
Even though TRAI claims to be transparent about this whole net neutrality thing, I think it's just a way to get back at us for sending them over a million mails
